1. What we collect
Account details (email, display name, avatar), challenge activity (titles, stakes, outcomes), and basic device data needed to keep the service running and secure. No payment instruments are stored during beta because balances are play-money.
2. How we use it
To operate the product, surface your challenges and notifications, enforce fair play, prevent abuse, and improve the experience. We do not sell your personal information.
3. Sharing
We share data only with infrastructure providers that help us run the service (hosting, database, email delivery, error reporting), and when required by law.
4. Your controls
You can edit your profile, change your email, or request account deletion from your Settings. Deletion removes personal identifiers from your profile; aggregated, non-identifying activity may be retained for fairness and audit purposes.
5. Security
We use industry-standard transport encryption and row-level authorization on all sensitive tables. Report security issues to security@wagersafe.app.
