1. Beta & demo mode
WAGERSAFE is in invite-only beta. All wallet balances are play-money — no real currency is held, transferred, or paid out. Real-money escrow will be enabled in a future phase and will be governed by an updated agreement that you must accept before opting in.
2. Eligibility
You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to use WAGERSAFE. You are responsible for verifying that participating in peer-to-peer prediction markets is permitted where you live.
3. Escrow & resolution
When you stake on a bet, the demo-mode amount is locked in escrow and released to the declared winner once the outcome is confirmed. Disputes are reviewed by moderators and resolved on the basis of the evidence submitted by participants.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use WAGERSAFE for harassment, fraud, market manipulation, or any unlawful activity. Repeat or severe violations may result in account suspension and forfeiture of beta access.
5. Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be announced in-app and via email. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
